Venture 05 · Christmas
A parent tells the elves their child's name, their age and what they've been up to. Santa rings, asks for them by name, says what the elves have noticed, hears the wish list and answers every question about the reindeer. Or the children ring him themselves, on 01282 953426.
Every parent has reached for it: Santa's watching, you know. Talk with Santa is that, except Santa actually rings. A nice-list call praises the specific thing a child did. A quiet word is firm but kind about the thing that needs sorting, and ends with a promise written in the big book. On Christmas Eve he rings from the sleigh, in a window the parent picks.
Santa also answers his own telephone. The number is an ordinary UK landline in Burnley, and any child can ring it for a two-minute chat, once per phone each Christmas. After that, Jingle the elf picks up.
The same real-time speech-to-speech stack that runs Arc, given a red suit and a very long list of things Santa would never say. Calls are scheduled to the minute, the parent gets the recording on their account, and Santa remembers: the wish list and any promise a child makes carry over to the next call, and to next Christmas.
Live since September 2026 and taking calls every day until Christmas Eve. The first call is free.
